Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) provides full-contact martial arts, various combat techniques, a blend of traditional martial arts and traditions used in competitions. The use of strikes and combat techniques, fighting on the ground. People also compete in martial arts tournaments from various countries of origin.

Created by Art Davie and Gracie Rorion in 1993 as the tournament final, to find the best fighter in the world, all weights and styles. The bases of the UFC come to the tournaments Brazilian Vale Tudo. I really like mma all those fighting styles like muay thai , boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Greco-Roman wrestling etc that can make for really exciting fights.
